We sense that the economy in the Flathead Valley is beginning to shift in the right direction for the construction market, but we know every penny counts. Because of that, our company strives to use innovative technology that is of the highest quality and will save you money now and in the future.  There is an important reason to interview your potential sub-contractors that will provide necessary services on your construction projects, especially now that many of these construction businesses are struggling financially.  Here at NW Concreteworks, we work hard at bringing value and insight to the ground breaking construction process that would potentially create savings in both time and money.  We want to have an opportunity to work with the design/build team early in the process to further the potential for a successful start.  As we all know, it all starts with the foundation.

My brother and I have a modular home in evergreen currently sitting on cinderblocks. We want to put a foundation under it to qualify for conventional financing-we also have a 6 car shop with 1/2 the floor still just dirt and want to finish the floor soon also. Can you give me any info on what the requirements are? I am hoping some post&pier below the frost line would be good. The credit union is willing to give us a remodel loan to do the job but we are both disabled and although I get veteran’s disability we are still damn poor. Thanks for your help. I don’t see an email address so I’ll call if I don’t hear back from you. thanx
